“How do I place my order?”

Shop our online store or place a custom order!

Placing an order is as easy as selecting what you want and adding it to your cart. Our online store will lead you through the rest of the process.  

Alternatively, you can place a custom order for any “sold” item or request a custom piece. Please allow for slight variations, as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you want more information about what these slight differences might be.

"Do you create custom pieces?"

We love creating custom orders!

Your custom item will take between three and six weeks to complete, dependent upon the complexity of the design and other orders being completed. Please feel free to contact me to start working with you on your one of a kind design.

“Do you offer coupon codes?”

Great question, but we do not.

At Lux Adorn we do our very best to provide you with quality pieces.  As such, we do not offer coupon codes. We do, however, sometimes offer sales so check our online shop often to see what treasures we have up for grabs.

“Do you sell Gift certificates?”

Looking to gift a custom piece?

 

We are happy to provide you with a physical, or e-gift certificate for you to give to that special someone. 

Gift certificates are available in any amount.

“Do you do wholesale or consignment?”

Why yes! We do!

We do accept wholesale orders. Please contact us for more information.

Payment & Shipping

TRACKING

We will provide free tracking information on all packages shipped within Canada once your item is ready to ship. 

International orders do not come with tracking and insurance (except express mail) and consequently, if you would like your package shipped with tracking, please note any special instruction in the notes section at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be associated with importing products. Please note that we do our best in filling out all forms accurately and fully to speed your package through customs, we cannot be responsible for customs delays.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message card for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know what you would like written in the “Comments” section during checkout.

We will ship your item in a cardboard gift box or fabric gift bag packaged inside a bubble wrap envelope. All packaging is made from reused or recycled materials.

FREE gift wrapping is available on all items so if you require it, please select the wrapping option during checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders ship from beautiful British Columbia.

• Shipping within British Columbia normally takes 2-3 working days.

• Packages shipped elsewhere in Canada normally take 5-8 working days.

• International packages delivery times range greatly depending upon customs and location and can take much longer. An estimated delivery time will be provided at time of shipping.

We ship our orders Monday through Friday.

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays out of our control, but will do our best to get your package to you in a timely manner.

We strive to provide the highest level of customer service to each of our customers. Above all, we stand behind the quality, authenticity and presentation of every one of the items we sell. However, we understand that there may be times when you are unhappy with a purchase. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. We consider all refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds or exchanges

 We do not refund or exchange custom order items.

If you would like a refund or exchange on an regular stock item, please note the following: 

  1. We will only accept items returned within 10 days of authorized return notification.
  2. You must include the original invoice for sale with your returned item.
  3. You must notify us immediately if you notice a problem after receiving and opening your package. If it is not reported immediately, it may not be covered by our return policy.
  4. We will assume that items returned significantly after delivery; with damage not immediately reported, as being damaged by the purchaser and consequently, will not be refunded.

Finally, we reserve the right to block access to any part of this website or our services for anyone that abuses the return policy or does not follow the policies listed above.
