Well, today is the first day of the rest of my life.. I find myself sitting on a little rocky outcropping situated above a sprawling desert-like landscape as I write this post. What life is this? This is the life I asked for, in a way, but had no idea would ever materialize. It’s not what I thought it would look like exactly and there are things that are definitely not ideal (hubby’s brain injury, Pandemic, life upside down) but I’m making it work and living with a smile. Cuz hey, with an office view like this, I better damn well be smiling.
This is Lux Adorn on the road. At the start of this journey.. hauling the new mobile studio to my brother’s place to start renovations and make it all that it’s destined to be. I hope you follow along while I try to balance caring for my brain-injured spouse while following my silversmithing passion, and hauling a 40ft 5th wheel to god knows where.. I totally got this!
